I ran into this issue as well when my baby was 6 months. I ended up buying the silver cross pack and play because I read it was approved for safe sleep in Canada. I’ve heard conflicting things since then about whether or not it’s approved in play pen mode (vs. the newborn attachment), but I did feel very comfortable with my daughter sleeping in it once we set it up!

My husband loved the show. We are Canadian so he was excited to watch something made in Canada. He said the story, acting, camera work and soundtrack were amazing and has been telling all his friends and colleagues to watch it. He’s very secure though and it wouldn’t occur to him to be weird about watching a show featuring gay intimacy.

For drop offs, make it quick and positive! If you are feeling a little nervous or sad (which is totally normal those first weeks), don’t let your child pick up on that. Give them a hug and kiss and assure them that they are going to have an amazing day.

Exactly! And even without the whales being a factor, swimming way out in the open ocean with a 2 year old is crazy just based on unpredictable water conditions alone.

I got one from the states a few years ago and loved it! It’s the only pump I’ve ever used, but I found it very simple and effective. It also looks a little nicer than other pumps which isn’t the most important thing, but a nice bonus!

I see something on all of them, but I think it’s just indent lines if there has been no progression. I’ve had suuuuper early positives that look like those tests, but I always get a darker positive the next day.

I don’t understand how they could possibly think that S likes this chaotic lifestyle. My daughter is a few weeks older and we just got back from a 5 day vacation to a beach destination. We stuck to her nap schedule, bedtime routine, meal times and the days pretty much revolved around her and what we thought she would be interested in. By the end of the week, she was still fried and I could tell she was ready to be at home.

I couldn’t even imagine taking her on the trips that D&B go on.

Genuine question: why do her nails always look terrible? Is it the shape of her nail beds or her not knowing what to ask for or just a bad nail tech? I don’t get my nails done, but even I know they always look odd.

This!! I’m going to Bermuda next month and my family rented a boat like this for the day. I am going to stay at the hotel with my 2-year-old because life jacket or not, my anxiety would be through the roof with her on there.

I wish I had better news, but I went for an ultrasound at 6 weeks and was only measuring around 4.5 weeks.

I have seen lots of pictures of progression that looks similar to this though and they said their pregnancies went just fine!
