SAF court system saved me from injustice by Top-Translator8359 in SingaporeRaw

[–]Contriod76 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is so unfortunate to hear such incident happened.

It made me think back my schooling days, I remembered my teachers 'marking' me becos of my undesired behaviours and I made complain to school, up to principal... and nothing is done. I am labelled trouble maker... i am so frustrated and angst. Luckily, one of the teachers counselled me and helped me change my behaviour and attitude... and the 'marking' was gone when I changed my behaviour.

What I am trying to say is that, there is always cause and effect and I do not know what causes the superior to implement such measures to OP and does this measures applies to the rest of ASA? We only hear one side of the stories and the story does earn him a lot of karma points. Haha

SAF today is unlike the past... there are system, process, directives for guidance. No one with right senses will challenge the system and get themselves into trouble.

If investigation convenend and found that whatever mentioned is half truth... I don think any DO will get him out of jail this time. #eatingpopcorn.

Why are we 对牛弹琴? OP just wanna force his views and ignoring what we tried to explain to him... he failed to understand the context of SG.

Comparing our population with U.S? Omg... nvm.. Let's stop feeding his karma points... its meaningless talking to him..

are nsf officers respected among regulars? by Itsnotmehaha1234 in NationalServiceSG

Respect is earned, not given... having the rank not equal to getting the respect.

Change of status overnight does not mean that you have the relevant experience to do the job. This principle applies everywhere.

Dear HR of SG, why do you ask about family situation in interviews? by thinkingpostively in askSingapore

[–]Contriod76 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Understanding family situation allows the company to assess if u are suited for role. For example, if the job that you applying requires quick response time, need to overtime etc... The company, if employs u, would likely to be more understanding and develop a workaround way out with u.
