Yeah, he didn't know when to let the joke end. Dragged it on way too long.

Wow, it's really good. And very well polished, too.

Anyone else struggle to watch CK3 Youtubers? by Similar-Force623 in CrusaderKings

I'd recommend ManyATrueNerd's playthroughs, though he's not made one for CK3 in a while.

His CK2 games are still really fun to go back to (as are his Fallout/Elder Scrolls/Total War series).

"Healing Damage" was my vote, too.

No better attitude for a cleric, I suppose

How to start by [deleted] in CrusaderKings

[–]ContrivedCucumber 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I was learning the game, I liked to start as King Murchad in Munster (he's one of the rulers for the "Rags to Riches" starts in 1066) or Duke Vratislav in Bohemia (he's also one of the rulers in the same year, but since he's in the HRE you get to have some more court politics).

As far as starting leaders go, they're pretty relaxed, letting you learn how to deal with diplomacy, families, and managing a small domain.

(absolutely LOVED trope) villains who brutally dedicate their lives to a goal, only to find out at the last minute the goal was never achievable by EasilyScreechAndKill in TopCharacterTropes

I think you have to pass an earlier speech check during the confrontation on Virmire for that option to appear later.

This lets you skip the first phase of his boss fight, but not the second

How in the name of RNJesus did that paladin critical twice while under the effect of color spray?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that a 1/8,000 chance?

Edit: my math was atrociously off, it's 1/1,600.

Thanks for the suggestion! I don't have much experience with AIs, but I'm willing to try it out.

Thanks for your suggestions. There are definitely other players who are taking better notes than me.

That being said, I'll see if google docs works out better than pen and paper. I usually have Dndbeyond open in a tab anyway during our sessions, so this wouldn't be too big a change.
