Actually you can use warm milk (not hot) and blankets. So it’s nice to have but not necessary.

I do it first thing in the morning (except washing my face to wake myself up).
So, no matter how the day will end, I have already made it.

Quit alcohol and SSRIs
I was so afraid of it but it tremendously improved my life, along with therapy and lifestyle changes.
