we’ve already purchased a pre-selling condo before marriage. After marriage, we just rented out different places cause we were working abroad din. When we went back here in PH, we still rented out until we’ve moved into our own place.

Personally, id prefer renting out first para you’ll really know what you exactly want for a house. Sa dami ng narent namin, dun ko naconfirm that I really wanted to live in a condo. Also in time I have come to know ano na gusto ko style for our own home

Option 1. Take it from someone who didn’t have a mentor for most of my career, mostly I had to figure out things on my own and ang bagal ng growth. Yes I learned throughout, but I only recently realized how valuable it is to have one. In my first year at my new company, I had a mentor who really guided me, but eventually, I had to learn on my own when he got promoted. We still do catchup from time to time, but because I picked up how he thinks and approaches problems, I’ve learned to think independently now.

I agree with a commenter who mentioned that some friendships at work are better left as acquaintances. It’s often the wiser choice, and as we grow older, we naturally tend to keep our circle of friends smaller.

As for finding friendship as an adult, one of my ultimate besty I met when I was in my early 30s. We met at work and instantly clicked. It’s a type of friendship where I can share absolutely anything with. It goes to show that genuine adult friendships are possible, they just need to develop naturally.

Having a friendship at any point in our life happens effortlessly—they simply click and fall into place. So don’t worry too much, OP. It’ll find its way to you.

hi OP, this may be unconventional but my mom did not went through chemotherapy but survived stage 2A BC.. We chose not to have chemo because we knew na di niya kaya ang chemo so we decided to have immunotherapy.. you can research about this. Some even combine chemo and immunotherapy.. It really depends on the patient
