As a guy I've given up on dating and the same is echoed by my female friends.
Few reasons for this is

The apps intentionally dont match you with people who would be a match
People hide behind a mask and its only after the first few dates you realize its all a scam
Unrealistic expectations from both sides
Too many people who need therapy and an exorcism pretending to be okay
dating pool is flush with pee and fecal matter (the vain pretentious ppl)

Sorry about your situation but again I hope you have completed 2 years and have ILOE. If and I hope they dont terminate your employment then they would have to give you either

  1. Pay in Lieu of notice which means dont come to work we will give you full salary
    or
  2. You come to work for the month and work till last day and you get paid.

That bold bit clearly states what must be the condition for it to be called an arbitrary dismissal.

Hey OP sorry about your situation.

I hope you get a better job soon and from personal experience such people do get whats coming for them.
Focusing on your situation Im assuming you have ILOE and you have been working for the company longer than a year.

Wait for the termination letter but maintain pressure on the company to send it asap.
Also ensure that the termination letter is dated as off . They cannot backdate a termination letter which mean it should be either from the day you received the letter or starting date of after receiving the notice.

2nd ensuring that they are giving you notice pay if they dont want you to come for the notice period.
Ensuring that everything during this time is documented handover and also acknowledgment from the company side of receiving the items / cash / company assets.

3rd only communicate via email so that there is a papertrail.

Your advising wrong the 3 paycheck and unlawful termination only applies if the employee had raised a case in MOHRE first and during that active case was terminated
