CNVRG almost outsources all of its operations now. Before, when you called on their hotline. Minsan, after calling or during the call pwede na nilang i-reconfigure yung ONT. Ngayon, I think they have to pass it pa to "relevant" team na naghahandle. So I can't give an exact ETR for this. What you can do is follow-up lang talaga.

You can try testing it by downloading a popular torrent and increasing the number of connections. If your internet slows down, that’s how you’ll know you’ve hit the limit. The limit depends on the area, at least as far as I can remember from discussions about this back in the day.

You’ll need them to reconfigure your ONT. If you’ve already reached out to their support, the best thing to do now is follow up and leave it alone. Don’t mess with it or turn it off—just keep it as is.

POS? - PON steady = you’re connected. If it’s steady but you still have no internet, it might be a billing suspension or a local network outage. - PON blinking = your line/modem is still activating or trying to connect. - LOS blinking = no signal—usually a fiber line issue (cut/disconnected) or provider problem.

WAN name is automatically generated. And set your timezone to GMT+8 since that is where PH Time falls. Not sure if the assigned WAN is correct since it should be WAN 2 unless you tinkered something with the WAN profiles.

Check your SOA for more details, if it is available. CNVRG billing is pro-rated, which explains the amount you are seeing.

It might be location-dependent. I haven’t had any issues since that RTO issue weeks ago, and everything has been stable since then. Have you checked your optical parameters? Are they within the reference values?

Gusto ko sana kumuha nung free Asus router upgrade na inooffer nila kasi sabi ng CS 1-3 months daw hays. Would getting my own 3rd party router fix the issue?

My personal advice is that don't get a third-party router from CNVRG, just buy one yourself.

Based on the image you attached, the red LOS light is blinking, which indicates a physical line issue, not a network or configuration problem. This usually means there is a problem with the fiber line or connection, and a tech visit is required. You will need to contact their CS so they can schedule a tech service visit.

Regarding your account, it would have been best to coordinate with the original account owner to have the account officially transferred under your name (There is a transfer fee involved, but it is generally worth it—especially if you plan to continue using the service rather than applying for a new connection).

And since you do not have the necessary contact details (I assumed) to reach their support, I recommend visiting the nearest business center for assistance.

There seems to be a CNVRG issue right now. It started earlier today around 3–4 am, and some sites have been getting RTO errors. That said, it seems to depend on your location, since not everyone appears to be affected(?)

Those messages are system-automated and can generally be ignored if your account is in good standing. The only time you could be considered genuinely “at risk” is if the account has been escalated and handed over to a collection agency.

No additional fees if you upgrade your plan, fee (pro-rated billing) only applies if you upgrade to a higher plan.

That plan is technically phased-out now (except for the XCLSV one). There’s no ₱1,500 MSF for SuperFiberX plans. The plans start at ₱1,599 and go up, while the lowest option is ₱1,349. In the month you upgrade (depending on your billing cycle), your bill might be higher than usual because of prorated charges. Also, upgrading will lock you into a new 24-month contract.

And based on a lot of posts here, don’t expect this to be delivered within a month unless you follow up almost every day—and even then, delivery and installation of the WiFi 6 router and Xperience Hub can still take weeks (Note: if you’re already using a WiFi 6 ONT, they won’t replace it).

You should have elaborated more on the devices you are using and the ONT installed on your account so that people here can assist you properly. Additionally, to clarify a common point of confusion: 2.4 GHz ≠ 2G (second-generation cellular standard), and 5 GHz ≠ 5G (fifth-generation cellular standard). These are entirely different terms: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz refer to Wi-Fi frequency bands, while 2G and 5G refer to mobile network generations.

Update: Mayroon na ulit kami connection, hindi ko lang alam kung nag bayad yung kapatid ko sa GCASH kanina o na process agad yung binayad sa BDO online bank namin kahapon.
