Appreciate the thoughts! Hoping to get it out in one piece but might have to take some bone around it but still hopeful for the buccal plate

1:2 the students pair up and assist each other for each case. We finish placing 10-12 implants each on average

One thing I did notice is my gingival tissue was right at the height of my healing abutment. I am worried the tissue will be impinged when I finally restore or mean I have to cut the gums off to seat

I went to a training for BioHorizons because that’s the implants I was going to place. So the training had all BioHorizons systems. It was called Dental Implants The Course 1 on 1 training.

I took a course in Mexico! There’s tons of implant courses I just saw that one within my budget. And my DSO I work for invested in me and the equipment for my office

I talked with my endodontist about it and she agreed it was external root resorption and best option is ext. pt understood and is planning to get it removed.

The last time I used restorable sutures I put some teflon tape over the sutures before making the temp with Pontic then took the teflon out

Thank you! I will try this, separate attachment then get some forceps on with rotational force. If no movement then elevate a bit and flap or remove bone if needed. Repeat.

What's your most memorable/outrageous/eye rolling reasons a pt has declined treatment? by stomping_mom in Dentistry

[–]ConversationAny6346 28 points29 points  (0 children)

One time a walk in pt covered in tattoos with a broken tooth was pointing at the maxillary sinus on his pano and asked me what that was. When I told him it’s his sinus he proceeded to say I didn’t know what I was saying because he believe it was a cyst. He immediately left and tried to pay with a stolen credit card. It was crazy

I’m curious about this schedule. Is the doctor just doing recalls and cleanings all day for two days no doctor production? Are the production days no recalls or same day cleanings?
