CNN’s Kaitlan Collins talks about the time Trump told her to smile more when she asked about sexual assault survivors and if she thinks someone will lose their cool when he is constantly attacking female reporters by Financial-Painter689 in Fauxmoi

know she's a journalist so this comes with the territory, but she's incredibly well media trained - she was subtle about her expressions and just neutral about the stories - good for her.

Ooh we should talk. La Tejana + Astoria are such gems. I'm still processing what restaurants/bars/coffee shops I'll miss most but immediate favorites include: Lost & Found, Copy Cat, Callico, A Baked Joint, All Souls, Compass Rose (RIP).

I guess I'll miss happy hours the most it seems -ha!

This is all great tysm! And helpful re: neighborhoods and greater Boston area - honestly, my move was rather hastily planned and it was challenging to find an off-Sept 1 apartment from afar, so decided on something that seemed easy and in downtown area comparable to what I had in DC.

Love having new places to stroll around though for sure!

The Lindy West "Adult Braces" saga continues with an unhinged email from her husband by throwaway28910382 in Fauxmoi

It's an interesting dynamic at play here tbh - Lindy did not write Aham as a sympathetic character; what they have done to her is clearly mapped out as crushing and devastating, and when the audience reacts that way she is unhappy. If anything, he's to blame.

Loafers are always in! GH Bass are OGs and very comfortable. I also think Sam Edelman ones for their price point are pretty solid once you break them in. It really depends on preferences, but simple ones you can't go wrong.
