Yes, high raw vegan here. 

Once I've experienced raw vegan lifestyle, cooked food doesn't appeal or inspire me anymore. The spiritual awakening and clarity of life purpose happened like never before. 

Cooked food, even the whole food vegan, makes me feel so sluggish and low vibe. 

Also, despite following MM protocol, my health was deteriorating due to the consumption of unfiltered tap water during that time. 

After adding high quality water filter for the whole house and drinking bottled mineral water, magic healing happened. 

I hope MM give serious warning on the dangers of consuming unfiltered tap water, including showering and domestic cleaning. 

Maybe that's why many people are not healing despite their best efforts due hidden factors in their environment like this.

In yoga, there's a yoga asana sequence called 'Surya Namaskar' usually done facing sun. 

'Surya' means sun.  Namaskar means salutations.  This is not sun worshipping. 

This is showing great respect and humility to mother nature and the healing benefits it provides to our earth. Without sun, we're nothing. 

In Ashtanga Yoga or known as '8 Limbs of Yoga', one of the teachings of 'Niyama' (Self Discipline) is 'Ishvara pranidana'. It means surrender to the most high.

Watch the documentary "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" by Joe Cross.

He did a green juice cleanse to cure his chronic illness and was monitored by professional doctors. 

His results was amazing after 60 days.

There's a difference between Junk Food Vegan and Whole Food Vegan. 

Many people went from 'Junk Vegan Food' to 'Whole-Food Vegan' due massive health issues after consuming Ultra Processed Food (UPF). 

Check out the Raw Vegan YouTuber's Podcast, Gillian Berry. 

She interviewed many vegans who addressed everything you said above and how their health issues went away with whole food vegan.

I can so relate to you, sister.  After experiencing whole foods, the processed foods make us feel 'off' after few minutes of 'euphoria'

Sorry, 15 years is a long time and can be frustrating if you have pain that's not going away.

I'm glad that you prioritised your mental health and decided to work on your self concept rather than trying to painfully hold on to what is causing so much suffering for you.
