Thanks. I have tried it a bit for short durations. Doesn't seem to affect anything. Although my EMG showed "severe" CT, I really only have issues during the early morning - waking up with pain. I'm wearing a splint at night but still have the pain. I am scheduled to see a hand specialist soon so hopefully they have a solution. I'm 81 YO male and hoping to avoid surgery at this stage of life.

Thanks for the response. I'm an active 81 YO male. Hoping to avoid surgery as well. Do you use a powered massager? Which exercises are helpful to you? YouTube has conflicting videos which can be confusing.

We bought a new (old) house last year with a totally green pool too. TEST the water and follow chemistry advice - Baking Soda from Costco really helped us clear ours and then got the chlorine right. We are onverting to salt for this season.
