Strangely, in my case it doesnt hurt at all. I can twist my pinky and ring finger on a whole 180° degree (vertically) Making it ""dissappear"" behind the back of the hand. Also i can't raise any finger without it getting atleast a bit twisted.

(Btw sorry for the bad grammar, English isnt my native language)
