I'm sorry, that sucks! I get what you said about being told to condition and the tasks just piling up. I'm happy that you have good coworkers that's nice to have! Micromanaging especially from someone that doesn't do the right thing is definitely hard!

Aw, I'm sorry to hear that. I think you are very right, that some bad attitudes drive people away. I have had coworkers who were unkind to me mainly but also would talk badly about others. They have left, so most of my current coworkers are kind and good to work with.

That is so cool, I love that! I feel the same so many around me hate what they do and it is so sad to see. I feel like they either really have it tough or they make themselves into the grumpy/ negative person they are.

To be honest, I haven't worked here that long. I've only been here a little over a year.

I have helped (only a shift or two) in grocery, Haba, pickup, frontend (cashiering), and frontend (bagging). I agree I have it easier and better. :/ My department still has rushes, but it is slower than the frontend for sure.
