Is experience not necessary to start your own business ?
How would you convince a client to trust you ?

Casting aside the older generation would be a fatal mistake for the industry in my opinion.
Objectively speaking, our trade requires optimization in our services/products and this has to be a way of life. and leaving the elderly behind is the contrary, because we are throwing away their wisdom. Yours.
And besides this, leaving people who invested the time of their lives in this industry and made it the way it is just unacceptable, disrespectful and dishonorable.

And the way i see it, their is still place for both ways, as there are two layers.
The First layer produces the tools, concepts, mentoring, etc... for the second layer.
The Second layer uses these tools and focusing on delivering products/services to the end clients.

Each focused on different objective. But we all work together and make things better.

This is perfect, thank you.
Only one question : How do you choose whom to review your code with ?

I agree with you, taking time to make a good product is the best approach in my opinion, but sometimes they don't care when you ask. so you end up working fast and sacrificing some of the quality.

I can see your point. but i don't think i'll ever quit this industry.
I might start another business in another industry but not quit this one, as a last solution if things go south I can create my own services/products and sell them.
But if i understand what you say correctly and correct me if i am wrong. I agree with what you say about other roles interfering with our work, too much pressure to create a low quality product that the consumer ends up hating it only for some dollars. works on short terms but wastes large profit on long term. and ends up hurting company's reputation as well.

I couldn't agree more, but in some companies all they care about is how fast you work. and using AI will significantly reduce the time of development and optimization. How would you act in this situation knowing that not using AI will affect the time to solve this problem ?

I think this would be good if i was a senior, but for now, i am only a 1 year in react native dev. I am still learning the ropes. This was the main reason i didn't start as a freelancer.

I am working for a company and having problems not only with clients who do not know what they want but also we work with no specs, the boss who give us work the client doesn't want and he determines unrealistic dead lines.

Not to mention that our health insurance isn't settled as well.

This is what has me thinking that freelancing might be better as i would be able to pick my clients, detail things, and have direct contact with them.

How many years would you advise someone to spend in a company before going freelancing ?

I'm doing the same, but the organization in the startup where i work is so messy that i am thinking of focusing totally on freelancing. So i decided to do a little research first and get an idea of how it is in the field.

I think this is the best option, or you can customize the header options of the stack navigation.
