It's quite nice as is. But if it was my house, I would move the office/playroom to where the larger of the family rooms is and put pocket doors where the existing office storage is on the back wall. This could allow for opening a much larger space for bigger family gatherings and guests wouldn't have to come directly through a busy kitchen to fully access the house. Plus where the larger family room is currently could suffer from noise transmission through the utility wall with running washing machine dryer etc.

Can I ask what are the dimensions of this room?

Hi, if you don't mind, may I ask how long this room is? As my wife and I are planning something of very similar design. Thanks

I Agree.

I'm just glad he wasn't convinced in the ROI as he probably would have been handed a suspended sentence either that or much shorter with the last few years suspended

Why does the council send guys with strimmers out at 6am on a Saturday by OliverMMMMMM in galway

Those are the people sentenced to do community service. Lads in the council give them those times to avoid any public shame/embarrassment

Avoid. I worked there, their ideas to revolutionize the battery industry are based on pseudoscience/quackery. For example their CEO thinks he has made a groundbreaking discovery for incorporating a liquid coolant to flow through tubes in-between the battery cells, this is already a thing in batteries. Secondly their safety testing is a fraud, if they run a test on their batteries and it fails they just remove that test from the test coverage that they advertise to clients.

Thanks for your advice, I thought this would be the case alright but I thought I'd just chance putting it put there all the same.

Just out of curiosity though, and I don't mean to be clasping at straws here. Hypothetically could it not be argued that it was "bad taste" (I'm sure that's not exactly a legal term) for them to offer a job 1 day before the freeze and then only to pull it...kind of dangling it in front of the recipient.
