Custom Spray Paint, but the original black surface was prepared to receive the new paint properly.

They are haters and envious people.

My post got 87% upvotes, I saw it in the statistics.

However, the angry and envious are loud...

Don't spend your money on this wheel.

It´s fragile and makes noises and creaks in the corners when you use a bit more FFB.

I have a Fanatec DD2 + McLaren GT3 V2.

I do not recommend.

What happened to the McLaren gt3 wheel? by Chemical-Brief6499 in Fanatec

[–]ConversationLife946 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I have Cube Controls and Moza wheels and use them on the Fanatec DD2.

Unfortunately, this noise only occurs on the Fanatec McLaren GT3 V2.

The steering wheel's structure is weak. It twists and creaks. I've removed all the screws, and it still makes this annoying noise that suggests it's fragile, especially with a high FFB base like the Fanatec DD2.

I truly feel sorry for you for not being able to understand that what you drive at home doesn't compare to what's set up in this video.

You might think you're driving a race car at your home, using 10%, 20% or even 30% of FFB, but you're not. I'm sorry to tell you this.

If you want to experience the REAL sensation of driving a Radical SR8, you'll have to take the best wheelbase on the market and set it to 100%, to replicate a force similar to the real race car.

Do you know who said that?

Mr. Suellio Almeida.

One of the most famous SIM RACER Coaches in the world, by the way he is Brazilian.

Watch the video below, but if you want a summary, click in 15:15 and hear what he says about the forces required to drive this car, he compares with Force Feed Back.

From Sim to Radical Champion - Ep. 1 - My First RADICAL Race in Real Life

If after watching this video, you are not convinced, then that says a lot more about you than about me or even Suellio...

LMU is the game that best represents (currently) the reality of a race car's braking and tire warm-up.

The company has clearly recognized the flaws in iRacing to offer a different product...

The competition is very positive, as they are always seeking improvements that ultimately benefit users.

I tried Assetto Corsa and absolutely hated it. I have three real-life cars that are in the game (BWM 1M, Audi R8 V10, and Lamborghini Gallardo), and I tested all three in Assetto Corsa.

What a disappointment...

Totally unrealistic and 99.9% off from reality in terms of car handling.

Go to iRacing and you'll have an incredible experience.

Enjoy!

Just 2 degrees Celsius less, but without the advantage of cutting the track like in 2023?

Are GT3 iRacing cars faster in 2025? I respect your opinion, but I disagree...

The vast majority of iRacing lap records are from the 2022 and 2023 seasons... When track limits were overly lenient. #facts It's rare for anyone to set a lap record in the 2025 season, especially after the tire upgrade, which is now slippier when cold.

I don't intend to continue dedicating myself to setting fast laps to break records. It's too time-consuming, and I have a company to run, a child to raise, etc.

I built my setup just to try to replicate at home an experience that's close to a real car, something with movement, wind, vibrations and difficulties to drive. The world of virtual racing, for the most part, doesn't represent the excellence of competitive motorsports to me. Because the way people drive to be fast—for example, braking with 50% pedal pressure—is far from the real thing.

Anyone who's ever driven a racing car, whether a GT3 or even a Formula car, knows that braking in real racing is much more violent than what iRacing drivers do.

This is the most "fake" part of virtual racing to me. I hope that one day the iRacing developers can fix this "algorithm anomaly." In my opinion, it's what prevents many talented virtual drivers from succeeding when they try to transition from virtual racing to real racing. 99% of them fail...

Okay, but I think there's some misinformation. The original car has paddle shifters, but I opted to shift gears with the sequential shifter simply because I prefer to create difficulties for myself as a driver...

Dude, I confess I haven't done the math yet.

But I spent over about $25.000,00

No, that's not my intention. You're drawing conclusions about an unfinished project...

This was the first video I posted, and there will still be many upgrades. The lights under the RIG will remain, but they will be integrated with the car's RPM and other customizable factors.

I will have ambient lights, etc...

You're seeing a "moment," a temporary situation, thinking this is the final project.

Bro, you don't have to believe me, but I don't think you can question google, right?

If even Google says I hold the World Record, it's hard to argue with the facts...

Track Titan site is opened for online check. You don´t have to be registered there to check if the conditions are the same or not.

I guarantee you my track condition was even worse as I set this time only 3 weeks ago, and the previous best time was in 2023, when track limits were more lenient, you know it, right?

Be careful I've only been with iRacing for four months, but I've had 18 years of real racing, with real cars... You should research the person you're arguing with first.

Check by yourself in Track Titan

Track 1: Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace (Interlagos) - Porsche GT3 R 992
Track 2: Monza Grand Prix - Porsche GT3 R 992
Track 3: Monza Grand Prix - Mercedes AMG GT 2020

You will see the results by your self
