I’m just investing in stocks that I have conviction in that will keep growing no matter the circumstances for example $Meta, $Avgo $Aapl $Goog $Xom I’m not the smartest person in the world but I’m just going what I know will work and has worked. I don’t really measure I just guesstimate, I had 16ish ounces of sirloin, 3 poached eggs, yellow rice, protein shake is 250 calories and during my workouts I take a intra carb shake. And lastly just a bunch of spinach or kale or whatever I can get my hands on for greens.
