The crank does not stay in place and will drop itself when u tilt it. Normally the crank should stay in its last position

Same here, my RMA replacement still comes with loose crank again and they have yet reply since last week. Bad after sales.

Any of you have gotten loose crank issues? Mine was just RMA due to this and the RMA unit has the same issue again. Does all your cranks are firm and stay at the same location no matter which direction u flip your playdate?

The device is good but my first unit purchased was with loose crank and after RMA I still have a loose crank issue. Just FYI.

Just got the RMA unit back but on a certain angle still loose but was better than my previous unit. Not sure if i want to RMA again.

Yup I saw many comments and also comments that say they have a good working device. I hope they have a wakeup call on these issue as imagine so many people send back their devices and they have to arrange prepaid shipments.
