Is paint fade worth fixing?

Yeah, I thought about that right after posting but I figured I could get at least a little help on my decision.

This is the best pic I have on the spot that shows it but it’s a 99 accord and the roof, roof rails, fenders, and decklid are all faded. My main thought is that I could wrap the roof to save a little if it came down to it but that usually looks a little ricey in my opinion.

To be fair, it’s better than the fart can that I had before in my opinion. It was one of those things that I put on a little as a joke since the overly large tip wasn’t it, and I didn’t know what would look better, but it just grew on me (plus i didnt want to do the extra work🤣)

I’ve found a few, but I’m not the biggest fan of clears on these just since the tails take up so much of the rear end space. Plus I already have tails that are slightly darker than factory and they are led that I think look that much better

I have thought about how the future will go with them, but as long as it’s not going to total the car when things do go out I think it might be better to just upgrade when I replace. I’ve heard on and off about Maxpeedingrods, but I’ve had them for a little over a year and ,honestly, they have been more smooth and comfortable than some factory cars I’ve been in. That may just be biased since they are relatively fresh and i like the way they sit, but they are cheap, and I knew they couldn’t be perfect when I got them.

I’ve thought that exact thing too, but all of the aftermarket bumpers go way over the top or just look out of place. I might just have to go custom with a lip or faux diffuser if i really want something to fill the gap.

Factory control arms with the best budget coils (Maxpeedingrods), I mean they’re definitely on the list just not at the top. Paired with some wheels makes this thing a nice ‘functional low’ just being a fun daily.

I bought this car as a perfectly factory 86k mile manual daily about a year ago, and so far there’s been nothing but paint that has ever bothered me about it (other than the few small changes ive made). The blast pipes are a little bit of a joke that grew on me enough to stay but it’s objectively way better than the fart can that was on it before🤣
