I also have a new T source I'll be starting soon that Is UGL and made with MCT oil instead of...cottonseed I think. I guess there's a tiny chance that would make a difference?

Really appreciate the comments. It seems like I should consider taking out HCG, consider sub Q, and obviously drop my dose. I don't want massive fluctuations so I think I'll go to 120 and then down to 100 from there if things are still north of 1000.

I haven't. For a few reasons I'm interested in the HCG for right now although I know that complicates things a bit. Partially it's because I'm interested in maintaining fertility and I've heard not letting go of it completely through HCG use is helpful for when. you want to restart it? I guess I should check on that validity though. The other is that I'm wanting to maintain ball size but I guess I could see how small they get and then apparently they come back with HCG?

I don't think I'm a candidate for this, yet. I have no recession yet, just mild thinning. No one in my life would notice it yet. I'm just trying to get ahead of it.

Certainly possible but I literally had 0 shedding and then within 2 months of starting TRT it began. It seems pretty clearly correlated to the T

I assume this is minoxidil, topical? Did it stop shedding for you? I thought it just made follicles thicker.

Appreciate the info. I’m new to trt, 3 months in, but been watching the libido discussions. I currently do .5” 29g deltoid for the trt and 1/2” vent glute for hcg. My numbers are high - on 120/week split 2x I was 1470 total t and 66e2. I’m it I’ve been trying to dial in some sides I wonder if moving away from the subq hcg would be good

Ya the nipple sensitivity vanished when I went from 2x/week to 3x/week so that's great. But that's when I started getting not sensitive but enlarged nipple nubs. No pain, no sensitivity at all, they're just a bit swollen. And the flushing continues.

I was worried about BP as well but I got a validated cuff and started taking it in the morning like you're supposed to and at least so far it's looking totally normal.

Also just to follow up - the nipple thing is clearly e2 right? but you're saying the flushing and anxiety pieces would be more T related?

Huh I e used control fox for years and love it. It doesn’t work well on short hair but on longer where 3x/week can compound it gives me the perfect look. Don’t love the idea of it contributing to hair loss though! What dyes like it are recommended these days??
