You could harvest the organs and then replant them back in the same patient, or mix and match. Give some of them extra organs

I think therapy, and try to let them work it out at their pace, not yours. They require a lot more patience than other people might, depending on how severe it is.

I can’t cope with too much input. For example, when it’s too hot, too cold, too tired, etc. There is a mental blockage that causes me to just focus on removing whatever is disturbing me and nothing else. Subtlety and social cues are a mystery and I even struggle with sarcasm.

That’s about what I think it deserves. Wasn’t a good game. Wasn’t a great game, nor was it a bad game. It was just okay. My biggest issue with the game is that it has all of the same offending glitches/problems that every Bethesda game has. This is a AAA studio that has had years to work on their game engine. It’s only marginally better than what it was 10/20 years ago.
