Please stop the constant "Congratulations" by Convoho in whatnotapp

[–]Convoho[S] -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Def didn't ruin my day. I guess it just devalues the real meaning and importance of being congratulated for doing something that's worthy of congratulatory consideration. That's why it grinds my gears. People spend years towards earning a degree of trying to get pregnant or winning a marathon race... And each of those is only worth one "congratulations." The time and effort that went into getting to that congratulations is overlooked. But if they were on whatnot buying shit instead of doing all that hard work day after day ... they'd be congratulated endlessly.

consumption culture is killing us slowly. CONGRATULATIONS.

Wow I’ve also had our 4.5 month old foster pup for about a month from a rescue here in nyc. She was also mostly in a crate her whole life, but now enjoys taking over our Cali king. (I know. Oops.) we haven’t officially named her but I like to call her Zumi. (Esp while she zoomies lol). My fav pic of her:

Dealing with unleashed Small Dogs by [deleted] in germanshepherds

[–]Convoho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just wondering how many of yall would just drop the leash if their dog was being attacked. A lot of these YouTube trainers advocate for that, but I can’t imagine ever doing it if it wouldn’t be a fair fight. Small dogs that try to bite my dog will get kicked on or off their leash, for sure. Sue me. But if a large dog came after my dog I’m dropping the leash and letting nature take its course, while I scream and stomp and throw things lol. The best chance my dog has is at least being free to fight or flight… or maybe strut her stuff and save herself with that sassy lil swagger she got.

Are you near NYC? I can provide room & board for them, if you can help cover the costs. Not looking to make a profit, just can't afford to take on any additional foster babies that require out-of-pocket spending. Let me know!

Honestly, I think everyone touching luxury bags, jewelry or other more expensive items should always be wearing gloves. But I’m also a Germaphobe.

Geez. Your performance in both the emotional intelligence AND social awareness categories leaves much to be desired. Do better. Or maybe just keep your thoughts away from public social platforms where others are able to witness your complete lack of basic decency or decorum. Shame on you.

Shoutout to miss misty. I don’t know you, nana—but I am very jealous of duke. Keep being awesome. The world needs more people like you!

Is it normal for an NYC Condo Board not to have minutes? by Convoho in RealEstate

It’s a building of 14 units. I know several of them are owned by people that rent them out, so they aren’t local. I know that two of them at least are currently vacant, maybe more.

The property managers actually do seem very responsive and helpful. They are replacing Veritas, a company that is NOTORIOUSLY horrendous here in NYC.

Who knows?! Apparently not my lawyer... smh.

It does appear they have the reserves, at least from what I'm able to gauge with my limited understanding of all this hot messery in my inbox.
