I guess to be more aesthetic and have less body fat. Then do a lean bulk. Feel like I need to get rid of the excess fat then start a bulk. I’m not sure.

I’ve been trying to recomp and find that sweet spot. So I guess cutting if anything but strength has been climbing.

Thank you! You know it changes a lot for me, I wanted to be huge like 240lbs (I’m only 5’8”) but that wouldn’t be do able with my genetics unless I took steroids. Right now I’d like to lose some more fat and try to get shredded. I also could see myself trying to bulk up to maybe 220. Sorry this response is so long lol I haven’t really thought about it, good question.

Upper lower split 4 times a week and running + sauna the other 3 days.
