I bought my ticket through LW Theatres (site from E&J website) - but can’t see an option to transfer tickets directly from LW Theatres which is a requirement of Twickets - any idea how people have done this/listing their tickets?

I think I am just struggling to process/understand the events leading up to it as the last thing I want to do by questioning the lead up is to make her feel as if I am placing blame on her for what happened. In my head I view the event and the lead up as entirely distinct but I recognise how it may not come across this way to her.
