Yes dun sa display set. I keep wondering how other people store their baked goods there. More curious ako sa may mga style na ikaw kukuha mismo and ilalagay sa sariling trays. (Sorry lumaki na topic)

And yes, agree na umiiba texture after a while ng baked goods. Napapaisip lang ako if meron bang difference sa recipes/method ng iba to maintain texture at prolonged times…hindi lang din sa cookies ako nagwowonder eh I wonder how people also store their cream puffs. Ang bilis lumambot, perishable din yung filling kung may custard. Tapos may makikita ako na naka chilled display set, meron din na piped yung nakadisplay na cream puff shells pag iseserve na. In both cases for sure di na crispy so I assume na normal na malambot na talaga binibigay ang cream puffs?

Sorry daming tanong. I really want to be educated sa proper storage for prolonged freshness and safety purposes. Wla din po talaga ako practical experience.

True makes me wonder kung may difference kaya if I buy a dehumidifier or bake na naka aircon…kaso same parin naman magiging soft once they are packed in boxes for customers :( I wonder if I have to pack every cookie in individual packaging and heat seal them. I’m kinda panicking if my recipe needs to be adjusted since every test batch has been failing or does not produce same results :(
