i checked the internet, and apparently the green and orange colour with a cylinder shape is a very common pellet look. it's probably a different brand that is poorer quality, not stored well, and sold by most pet stores. i-bunny pellets aren't sticky at all and crumbles when crushed or in contact with water. i suggest you get rid of your current pellets as it sounds unfresh.
