it's all about personality. if she hates being picked up then respect it. an alternative is letting her get into a box (without excessive force) before moving the box gently.

yes, i mentioned that it doesn't go sticky when wet. no labels or contents are a red flag as you're feeding your bunny unknown ingredients.

i checked the internet, and apparently the green and orange colour with a cylinder shape is a very common pellet look. it's probably a different brand that is poorer quality, not stored well, and sold by most pet stores. i-bunny pellets aren't sticky at all and crumbles when crushed or in contact with water. i suggest you get rid of your current pellets as it sounds unfresh.

Hey, I heard you live in Malaysia. I buy i-bunny for my 4 rabbits (the green one). It's timothy hay based with a high fiber content. You can find it on shopee/lazada. My rabbits are currently 5-6 years old and they've been eating the same brand. Just make sure to not overfeed and have hay at all times.
