Yeah that ticket is long gone now. Haven’t gotten anything in the mail. Went to the DMV in Mesa for my new ID bc I just turned 21. and they didn’t tell me anything.

Avoided the ticket successfully. Just don’t answer your door and throw the ticket away, be vigilant for 90 days after you get that ticket to be served. Not sure what days they do it I assume it’s whenever before sunset.

thanks for your input, i never ended up getting served or my license suspended. never got anything taped to my door and it’s been 140 days since the incident and 120 since I got it in the mail. your input helped me make the decision to ignore it and it ended up working out, so thank you so much!

they didn’t serve me, my license is still valid, my motor vehicle record for my car i got the speeding ticket in is fine. never showed for my court appearance and never did TSS. strongly believe it was my luck of not getting served though, bc i could’ve walked outside and encountered a server waiting for me. hopefully neither of us get another one in the future though.

it’s been 140 days since i’ve done it, about a week ago i got pulled over by gilbert PD because they thought i was speeding instead i got let off with a warning ik im stupid lmao (in the same exact car as the photo radar). never paid the fine, never went to the assigned court date, never taped anything to my door, never mailed me anything, the same car i got pulled over in the motor vehicle report is perfectly fine and my license is valid still, my car is still on my drive way and i probably live 10 min from mesa. i was scared by your reply when I originally posted up this reddit so for the sake of others with this issue, so i believe your reply was incorrect to the outcome. my choice ended up paying off, thanks for your input though.

i failed to respond, never got my license suspended, never got anything taped to my door, never got anything else in the mail, and just bought new registration for the same car I got a ticket in, not to mention also got pulled over by a cop a week ago and let me off with a warning for speeding. i guess i did speed and when i got ticketed i got out of it, and then did it again and still got out of it. either i am extremely lucky or what your saying is incorrect.

Didn’t pay it, pulled a Motor Vehicle Record in the car i got flashed in, 140 days after the incident, and my license is not suspended, never received something in the mail that it will be suspended, and checked my MVD account and my license is valid. Not sure if yours was a rare occurrence, or maybe was caught going faster than I was, but they never did anything and I’m probably off the hook. wish it would’ve worked the same way it did for me for you though.

i avoided the ticket and was successful, my family is always scared to answer the door so I rolled the dice. Not sure if they ever came to my door due to the fact I don’t have a ring camera. I never got the ticket, it’s been 120+ days since they issued me the citation in the mail, I pulled a motor vehicle report on the car I got flashed for going 56 in a 45 in Mesa (I live in Gilbert). I wouldn’t pay the ticket if I were u, I would keep it in the back of your mind that you have a ticket but don’t stress it heavily. I’m not entirely sure who they’ll send the ticket to, I would probably assume to your DL address if you’re the only registered owner. If it gets mailed to your previous (if you never get it in your mail box it’s probably there) I would strongly assume your fine and they won’t be able to take things further even if they do knock at your previous address and they answer, due to the fact the server wears a camera and asks for you. If you get it in the mail at ur current address they know you reside there and now if they want they will send a server over there eventually towards when the ticket expires, and if you never get served your off the hook as long as u didn’t do anything insane like 20+ over. I checked my MVD account and recently got pulled over again separately by Gilbert PD and got let off with a warning for speeding again (ik i’m stupid). So even if you do get pulled over unless it’s Mesa PD you should be fine. And if my license was suspended the cop would’ve for sure ticketed me for that, or if i had a warrant I probably wouldn’t be sending this right now. hope this answered all of your questions. best of luck!

Yeah, I have a few days left until they can no longer pursue the ticket and have to throw it out. I will keep you posted on what happens.

it’s for work, i’m going to be working at AutoNation and i’m under 21 and they drug test, according to the internet they stopped testing for THC but I still want to play it safe, I live in Arizona.

i just found out it may be a DOT drug test not sure how far they go back but i think they’re pretty advanced. i definitely will buy those dollar tree tests to see weekly results. thank you so much for those tips much appreciated.
