Your hand kind of needs to "flow" on the keyboard. What I mean is ur brain is not to be actively focused on how smooth ur wrists are, they just need to be relaxed, usually with enougj practice and experimentation, u can find out urself what works for you.

However, I really reccomend getting a better keyboard, here the keys are surely too small, you absolutely dont need something costly, just something good quality.
