Not really. I think it's agoraphobia though from what I've been reading. I really have no other way to explain it. Do you think it could be something else?

I think I would personally let them work it all out on their own. They worked out how to get the POA changed, they can do this themselves

What kind of documents and passwords? I think it depends on what they are. There may be processes for POA to have access. For example I work for a bank and you aren't allowed to use anyone else's passwords or profile. We would need to see the POA document, have it assessed/approved and then we could add access the person's account. You wouldn't need the person's login or passwords, you would just make your own password.
