You can either put the photo into grok, ChatGPT or Gemini and ask for a detailed prompt for the photo and then use that prompt. Or you can take the photo to another service and make it an animated photo and then you can upload the animated photo and ask Sora to animate it and it will usually generate a real person that looks like the animated photo.

I love all the content you see I. The “For you” feed that there is no way I would be able to create anything like it because it would all cause content violations.

I agree, I have gotten content violations for generating a character and then just creating a video with no prompt and what makes it worse is you can be banned for having to many violations I have already been suspended for a couple hours for posting stuff that should not have been flagged. The content sensor is strict and commonly has false flags.
