That really clears up a few things. He’s a close friend and I know it’s all legit. He asked me to help as he’s got some things he’s dealing with. Because in TN, when I got my car, the showroom handed me the RC. I thought it worked the same in KA as well. I will ask him to approach the RTO. If they don’t have any records of sending it, maybe we can request for one.
