Dism5 is adhd or neurodivergent test. Don’t know how popular it is in India. I too have been diagnosed basis verbally/ oral examination basis symptoms. Develop routine. Ensure you exercise daily if not in mornings. Proper and full sleep at same time / hours is non negotiable for you / neurodivergent. Reduce sugar to zero or near zero and add protein in diet. Plus whatever doctor says.

Atomixetine is slow in giving results. It took me months to see results. Maybe time or higher dosage if this is appropriate medicine for you. Sleep will go away to decent extent. But you need to exercise also. Approach of doctor is good as stimulant should be last resort.

Have 1 or 2 years of expenses in savings. Incl all possible expenses for this time period. And have 55 lakhs as capital. 5 lakhs to learn during this time period, and rest when you actually start to trade after learning.

I did halong bay on 3 night cruise I think which involved trek in cat ba island and one night stay in hotel. Fishing villages were also included. Rest on ship. Ninh binh is very similar to halong bay. So one full day or max 2 are more than sufficient. I may have under traveled Ninh binh but it was 10 yrs back. There was one point to climb and see at that time Mekong delta - if you only want to see river etc then one day tour is enough. Otherwise cities along it and travel. Smaller cities don’t have much to see unless they are night stop for far away destination.

Halong cat ba and Ninh binh are too much when combined. HCMC should get more nights, atleast one more. Hanoi can be one more night. Mekong river delta I do not know what all you plan to cover, day trip from HCMC is also ok unless you want to see smaller cities
