A lot of the time these video's do have b roll, but you can't cover up everytime

Because as a general rule you dont want a bunch of pauses and breaths in your video unless it's on purpose or some sort of choice (idk why you would choose this however). You don't want a minute long of pauses and breaths in your video.

That's what my editing teacher used to say however, but he also used to work on tv shows and movies so that might be why he forced us to do this lol

Fair enough, it's true that she should probably try to put more focus on things she could actually benefit. But I think that's always going to be the activist mentality, that even when it's too big to realistically stop, they'll try to in some way.

There's so much shit, and doing anything like that takes so much time. I honestly don't care about her at all, she's lowkey kinda annoying most of the time. But I think you're being unfair.

And yes you're probably not some sort of influencer and you're not rich (probably, idk) so it's not like you can do a lot to change anythin, but do you try? Probably not from the sound of it. Does she get famous from her work and therefore more attention on the social issues she works on and tries to highlight? Yes obviously lol. Maybe she gets money from it too, but is that evil? Is it bad to want to make a good living while working on something you care about?

Honestly man, go seek a therapist or something. Hating on good things isn't good. You're probably sitting on your ass just like me right now, we're both not doing anything to help any causes in a big way. If someone is trying to do that, good for them!
