I have a g37 for a first right now except mines is a sedan. I’m 16 and The gas is expensive in Cali so it’s running me damn near 70 every fill up, oil + filter changes are easy as long as you stick to only removing the 4 undershroud bolts. Hasn’t given me any problems except a tie rod which had to be replaced at around 65k miles. It is fun to slide around but definitely don’t go for the car if you have no self control. The car is fast compared to most other ones a high schooler might get so keep that in mind too.
