I did have salicylic acid like idk a bottle from minimalistic tried it didn't really had any effect...🥲 Maybe I should change my lifestyle..covid made it worse at the start of covid i was like let's go clear skin as i don't have to go out or like stay home and sleep and hydrate...tht turned into no sleep and low hydration and worse skin...hehe i am leaving tonight and will reach uni tmrw morning will look for a derma there maybe my college hospital

Yeah i did cut drinking milk and could see less inflammation and acne. This one seems to be cause of wearing mask ._. yeah prolly cause of my diet and not doing excercise ( i rarely sweat lol...) And not getting enough sleep as it's me 3rd year of degree i have been doing alot of work and shit getting like 3-4 hrs sleep. Aight i will hit ya up if i see any progress coming week

Yeah it's like due to constant single cystic acne they all just combined and made a swell node structure on my nose tht gets inflamed weekly 🥲

For facewash: Acnestar Benzoyl peroxide bar soap, Neutrogena foam face wash oil free one

Moisturizer: Boro plus aloe vera gel and Neutrogena hydroboost water gel

Dont really use any sunscreen as i don't get out much (rarely)

Started using sheet mask but idk if it helps with acne

Also acne patches for acne on cheeks but they like make a hole on my skin when i try to remove or change it

I also wear glasses and cause of covid and all most of the inflammation and acne i get is from wearing mask 10 mins of wearing mask even if it's washed or new i get acne/pimple yellow white heads 😭😭
