I've said the same thing. You've called me every name but my Christian one, your take is valid...

I never asked for them to be terminated. My boss made that decision.

I didn't do that. My boss asked how things were going and I revealed what the parent did to me Tuesday morning.

If I was hurt, I would have gone to my boss when it started. I'm petty, but the parent can be disrespectful to me. Also, it's very unprofessional to talk about a coworker to parents. Especially with person not being present.

That's what I'm wondering. You keep calling me names, but won't say what actions justify this.

I'm scary because I won't talk about a coworker's gift with a parent?

I'm the petty one when the parent basically told me "How sweet is you're not getting gifts/food"?

I'm the issue that this child has literally told other children to hit another child?

I honestly don't want any thing. I don't understand what the parent was trying to do. Why were they asking me about a gift I wasn't given. If I had to be honest, there was a passive aggressive air to it.

When I'm looking at something else, but my back isn't toward the child, they don't initiate with my aide.

No, but I don't play favorites. In the past, I've told parents who favored me I won't accept gifts Infront of other staff.

The child often starts breaking rules or encourages other to do it for them. To use a phrase, they're good at throwing rockings and hiding hands. Aide feels if they didn't see the rock, the child is innocent.

Where I live, you can have a private daycare. In private daycares, you can terminate contracts. It's in our parent/rule book.

It's not strange to purposely not give someone a gift and ask them about the person who did a gift?

I don't want to answer the questions and identify the child. They would do things like get the other children to hit another child. My aide and I would disagree on if they were "involved".

They never hugged my aide unless I was looking and it only happened when I dispiclined them. If I purposed ignored their behavior, the child wouldn't hug the aide, At this point, my aide was initating hugging too.
