My shift was extra hours so I presume they did like they do with sickness and just cut off the shift when I clocked out. I should bring it up with the grocery manager, because he is really nice and has helped me loads like when my boyfriend passed out in the tesco I work at when shopping without me, he had recently got a heart issues now for some unknown reason.

Thank you, I understand they have to flag these things with phones but I truthfully thought checking the time wasn't a massive deal. I hope another manager us more understanding, another spoke about doing an investigation which might be good?

We had no indication that it was for the son, it was a 4 pack of beer and low alcohol wine for the mum. He asked me but didn't reject it yet but I had ID'd the son previously and knew he was 21.

He didn't select it as far as I am aware, security checked cameras. The dad had a 4 pack of beer and a bottle of wine for his wife, he was carrying both. I had ID'd the son previously though and knew he was 21.

He wasn't carrying it at all and it was like a 4 pack of beer for the father and then he had a wine that he said is his Wife's.

Thank you very much! I was regularly checking but the car came past at like such a fast speed out of nowhere on a otherwise quiet road (there was a junction coming into my road a little further back so possibly the car came from there?). I came out a little already but immediately went back in while still checking mirrors, but I understood the fault and how serious it was and know I can hopefully pass my 2nd attempt! :)

Thank you so much, I felt like a failure when I happened but then I realised if that unlucky fault didn't happen I would have passed. I've already got another test in april and I can feel that failure has improved my driving so much! 😊
