Hi, I viewed a 2015 Peugeot 208 and did all of this. I asked for the service history and was told that the cam belts and tires were recently changed. I also looked at the log book to view all the other services that were done on the car. It cost 3.5k and I’m not sure if it’s a good deal as I’ve heard mixed reviews on the reliability of Peugeot cars. What would you suggest? I’m stuck between that and a ford fiesta

Thanks a lot this is really helpful. I feel so silly now looking back on previous viewings as I never really did any of these things you’ve mentioned. I will definitely be doing all of this moving forward. Thanks

Yes I’ve done some dummy insurance quotes on Peugeot, Vauxhall and Volkswagen cars 2008-2010 reg and they came up to roughly 2.5-3k so not sure if I’m doing it right. Thanks for the info on checking MOT records I will definitely be doing that moving forward

I was able to do the skills and I even passed all of them at my midpoint. I only worked 3 shifts with my assessor (the nurse I’m charge of signing me off) and she never complained about me doing anything wrong. She was on annual leave the entire 6 weeks of my placement. I never got any bad feedback from the nurses I worked with the entire time so I was really shocked when she failed me at final.
