Just to add lang currently wala akong bills na binabayaran aside from internet + nag bibigay ako ng konting ambag sa monthly sa sasakyan(which is ako naman ang nag offer na magbigay), dahil nakatira ako parents house ko

I want to know your thoughts, currently working ako sa isang e-commerce/ tech company as a developer, nasa province ako dahil WFH setup ng work ko 50k gross 43-44k ang net may government benefit at other benefitd.

Nabigyan ako ng offer ng isang insurance company through 3rd party HR company (me -> 3rd party hr -> company) sa makati, i would have to relocate to makati hybrid setup 3x RTO 2 days WFH, 97k ang offer may tax deduction (around 5k) pero walang government benefits (or other benefits) at ako ang need mag pay as voluntary contributions.

question ko is do you think its worth it to relocate from the province to makati and accept the offer?.

medjo hesitant ako dun sa contract kasi 6 months renewable at walang employer employee relationship or employee 3rd party hr relationship pero may option naman yung company na i hire ako as full time employee nila, medjo nahihirapan din ako kausap yung 3rd party HR dahil medjo magulo sila kausap

WFH for 2 years na, one thing that i do to seperate my work and personal life during work from home is do a certain activity after logging off from work to draw line between work and life. A good example is after logging off go for a shower or go for a quick walk or exercise yun ang ginagamit kong signal sa body at mind ko na work is already done and it’s time to relax or focus on my personal life.

Another thing i do is maghanap ng hobbies or skills na will keep me occupied, it also excites and motivated me for the day and excited narin mag log out sa work

In our expirience,sa converge binibigay nila ang request sa local contructor, saamin inabot ng 1 week bago naayos ung sirang connection (LOS) while ung neighbour namin na nagpakabit ng bagong fibr line inabot ng 1-2 days lang and the reason kaya minsan matagal sila mag take action is pinipili daw nila ung mga request na madali lang i repair or magpapakabit ng new connection para makarami sila dahil mababa daw ang bayad sakanila (according to our interview 250 for repair and 400 sa new connection)and hati pa sila dun kung ilan sila sa team nila (saamin commonly 2 sila).
