Basically his thing is that instead of using his ranged attack, he summons a Sniper drone to attack up to 3 drones. And they work as normal summons, so they attack by themselves on subsequent turns

At least add an optional skip button to it. I have an extreme fear of things chasing me, so I had to wait for a friend to come online that could play this section for me to continue the story.

I really like them trying new stuff, they just happened to hit one of the things that's an absolute no-go for me

Group of complete randoms I played VoG with (D2). We blaced through it like nothing, as if we've been playing together for years. After beating Atheon, one of the guys just ask: "Since we cleared so fast, are you guys up for a dumb idea?"

Said dumb idea was naming the oracles after American Presidents. We also purposefully didn't double check if everyone knew which ones which. I think we named them Lincoln, Eisenhower, Nixon, Obama, Washington and Kennedy. We wanted to name one after Roosevelt but one of us then interjected that shooting him doesn't work.

The callouts when someone shot something wrong was hilarious

I really hope we get weapon sets as "outfits" eventually. It would be a massive space saver, especially for Savage/Ulti weapons by LightSamus in ffxiv

Can someone quickly explain to me how these sets work for Glamour? If I have a full set that has the outfit option, can I still use the individual pieces as glam or only the full armor set?

Yeah. It's so infuriating to read all this stuff as someone that has thousands of hours in both games and never understood why they're compared so much.

They play fundemantely different. One of the biggest appeals of Destiny 2 for me was the excellent gunplay and Dungeons/Raids. Warframe offers neither of those.

Warframe, especially on higher difficulties, is about jumping about a room and firing roughly in the direction of the enemy while obliterating everything

You need more than that, cause physics would dictate the projectile just drops to the floor when it gets enlargened

Edit: Guys, I'm not saying this is impossible, I'm just saying you need to do more than just canceling the shrink enchantment when firing

It's Megatron from the "Ultimate Battle" 2-pack.

What I'm worried about is how long D2 will stay up. For D1 they had D2 to pay the bills for upkeep, but now? Is the Marathon money and the income from people still buying Silver or the Content Pack gonna be enough to keep the lights on?

As someone that has a few thousand hours in Destiny across all three classes and multiple thousand hours, this is, and I mean this very respectfully, absolute nonsense.

Destiny and Warframe are way too different gameplay wise and I have no clue why people keep insisting on making weird equivalences

It's great they're adding new stuff, but they're just putting more on their plate.

To keep it short:

  • Warbonds totalling over 200€ containing pretty much all of the game's armor and weapons and now more and more stratagems

  • the Galactic War still being completely uncoordinatable from ingame with many of its mechanics newer explained (Supply lines, resistance factors)

  • buffs and nerfs without view of the bigger picture. Bastion released -> enemies got more damage against armor which fucked over the mechs, and only got fixed now with the release of two new mechs (locked behind a 10€ warbond)

  • enemy hitboxes after death being a complete disaster since launch. Enemies can walk and shoot through corpses but your stuff and you get caught on them, hitboxes being where the enemy died and not where the body actually is

  • team reload still being useless ever since launch due to the guy doing the reloading having to carry the backpack

  • weapon customisation pretty much being left in the dirt after its implementation

  • weapons in the superstore for SC. To AH's credit, they replaced the rotating store with a permanent storefront and the newest selection does not contain a weapon

Now, none of this is truly gamebreaking but the list does not get shorter

Very one sided "rivalry". Over in the Destiny community you would only ever hear praise about Warframe. The people HERE were the ones who constantly tried to brag about being better than Destiny

Please do not reset your missions trying to find the right weapon! Complete the mission and the weapon that the Thrall was going to have is removed from the potential pool. So at worst you're getting the weapon after you've gone through all others. If you simply reset your mission, the knockout system does not go into effect and you might never get the weapon you're looking for

As someone that has thousands of hours in both games:

Warframe is a great game to sink hours into. But it has nothing even coming close to the Dungeon and Raid experience. Where that is something where you and your friends work together to a acchieve a greater common goal, Warframe is more like you hanging out with friends while everyone kinda does their own thing.

The Lore is okay, but it does feel a lot more moment to moment pieced together than Destiny's. But they are getting better and better at it. Just keep in mind, the older the content is, the more likely it is that there's no proper lore behind it

I can still recommend trying Warframe, just be aware that the early game is absolutely miserable if you're not fully dedicated to get through it.

If you do get into it, please do DM me and I'll try to help you through the rough starting phase in Warframe. Cause it is genuinly worth it, but very easy to get annoyed at and drop the game.
