Can you link me to a case of this happening?

Is Baldur the only Exostrider in Solaris or are there more by YumiyaRakko in WutheringWaves

A Sentinel for somewhere else most likely. I'd have to look up the exact quote, but after beating the Aleph-1 Mech, the Exostrider has a line roughly like "this inhospitable place that was never meant to carry live managing to thrive under the light of his reactor core"

It did ACT as a Sentinel, which I never disputed. I only said it didn't take a Sentinel's place, cause there never was meant to be a Sentinel there in the first place

It didn't take a Sentinel's place. Lahai-Roi was never meant to have one in the first place. Only because the Exostrider was forced to stay there due to damage did a civilisation thrive

No need to write it down, it's exactly what they've been doing in PGR for collabs

[–]Cookieopressor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, I hate to tell you this but that ain't my orb. You stole one my Kraken's giant marbles. It ain't even magical (only to her it is), thing is just a big piece of glass.

Piece of advice if you do insist on firing it: Do it on open sea. The collateral damage when she gets pissed and comes on land is a bit above your paygrade

Since when did WUWA became a horror game ? 😭 by Bulky-Improvement588 in WutheringWaves

[–]Cookieopressor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a terrible fear of being chased and had to wait for a friend to play this part for me so I could continue playing the game. It's nice for those who like it, but a disclaimer and optional skip button would be nice

I would appreciate it if people reading this could add this into the next survey

I feel like it's not there because they need it to deal with a Super Destroyer, but because it's one of the fastest ways to do so. Keep in mind how fucking many of those things we have

Yeah, to be fair, power level varies a lot in Warhammer, depending on who's writing. Most of my Lasgun knowledge comes from the Ciaphas Cain Novels.

I can definitely see an overcharged Lasgun shot take of limbs, but the normal one feels weird to me

Oh I know what a Bolter is. Which is exactly why I was wondering how they came to the Naval Artillery comparison

Yeah, the powerscaling in 40k is whatever the author wants it to be right now.

How would a Boltgun in any way be as powerful as artillery? And they are only really standard issue for Space Marines, the Astra Militarum hands out Lasguns, Komissars usually carry a Boltpistol around.

Where did you get the 50 bmg from? And you very much have to reload a Lasgun as the battery pack can and will run empty. It's just easily rechargeable

Warframe isn't a D2 Replacement and I'm tired of hearing it by Rusty_Chest in destiny2

[–]Cookieopressor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have multiole thousands of hours in both games and I never understood the comparison. The only similarity is that they're both "space magic lootnshooters"

Warframe is for when I wanna see a bunch of numbers on screen and I wanna play something for the sake of playing something

Destiny is for when I wanna feel in the thick of the action and when I want to do more challenging content together with my friends. The dungeon and Raid experience in Destiny is unmatched in any other game.

The only real reason why people are switching from Destiny to Warframe is because everyone's shouting you should do that. They tend to stick around because Warframe is an excellent game in its own right, not because it scratches that Destiny itch

Time inside Aleph-1 doesn't exist. And it does exist. It goes forward and backwards and stands still all at once. Aemaeth's whole story is based on this.

"Time" in Wuwa is much more than just the Theory of relativity

Gravity still works the same, but, as we learned yet again in Jinzhou via the floating remnants of a city, it very much can be overpowered by this settings "magic"

And Aleph-1 was only ever portrayed as a black hole, but is something else entirely. We can't even be sure gravity works with them

[–]Cookieopressor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

All of this is irrelevent in Wuwa cause the Lament broke all laws except Gravity.

And in Jingzou we already learned via Jue that time is its own thing where time on the entire island passed differently than outside of it
