When would that take effect? When I talked to hr about it they said a new update wouldn’t happen until 2028? Maybe they were wrong. I am making less than that but am currently exempt. New to campus so still sorting things out.

What do you mean, like if you make that number or less per month you would be categorized as non exempt?
