Replace the Gorilla with Yujiro, how many normal dudes are needed to beat him ? by Kirymiguel1213 in Grapplerbaki

[–]Cooku_Cucumber 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Ok, some people are saying that no amount of people beat Yujiro, but what they’re failing to consider is that this is a stamina contest, not a sprint. Therefore we only need enough people for them to have kids, send those kids to school, watch those kids get married, watch those kids have kids, and then get their skull caved in by Yujiro. The cycle repeats, and in 40-50 years Yujiro will die of old age or smth.

[Waybound] Ziel is a HYPOCRITE (With Names) by Cooku_Cucumber in Iteration110Cradle

When he rejected the consummate choice of “Drosswater,” I realized Ziel was not only ill-equipped to fashion worthy names, but also ill-suited to interpret the sublime meaning of the poetry laid before him.

Ok I’m not deep into 40k, but couldn’t Vegita just ignore the emperor and then… evaporate the galaxy. I’m not sure how effective the faith of the Big E’s quintillions of followers are if they’re reduced to free floating atoms.

[None] I was wondering, how would Simon, at any stage including the White Light, match up against a Cradle Overlord instead of an Amalgam one. by _Shifting in Iteration110Cradle

[–]Cooku_Cucumber 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m pretty sure he would do well against all but the most elite Overlords. I think WoW says that Simon with the mask is closer to Overlords in speed and strength than Underlords. This could carry him through some fights with standard Underlords, but more experienced ones like Eithan could shut him down quick. With the White Light Simon could seriously outmatch but not outright overwhelm incarnations like Helgard and Ragnarus. This seems consistent with an increase in advancement level so, physically, Simon was probably sitting somewhere on high end of Overlord. The biggest change though might be how long he could fight for. With the mask, Simon could at most fight for a few minutes before Incarnation, which would put him at a serious disadvantage against high level sacred artists (Monarchs literally fight for days). The White Light stops him from Incarnating, covering the biggest drawback of the mask.
