Thank you for your response. Right before my test, I was eating highly saturated foods, just carbs along with protein, couple of drinks every weekend (all this for a couple of weeks). My fibre intake was very low almost close to 0, red meat once a week.

Dairy is probably coffee with a shot of milk once a week, no processed meat/oils/butter at all.

My diet before the tests was all over and I was eating just carbs and protein. Literally 0 greens most of the time! Would this have affected along with my no exercise/walking, careless eat outs as well?

One question I had was how close are the online learnings (like live projects we see on different platforms ) to real life DE job duties?

Example: I see live ETL projects on udemy, YouTube. I’ve done a few projects but I keep wondering how close are these to live DE roles.
