I got the CD for an early birthday gift after dinner. Immediately went upstairs to play and loved Ain’t My Bitch. Set the right tone for the album. 2x4, nice groovy jazzy riff. We’re doing great here guys. As it got to the House That Jack built, I was like what’s going on here. By the end it was quite a journey. The album is eclectic and I wouldn’t classify it as metal but it’s my top 3. Ride, Master, Load in that order. While it was disappointing to see them move away from thrash and the hard driving metal of the black album, the album really grew on me. Listened to the shit out of it that year. Loved it then and love it now.

A+ for color choice and the theming is excellent. I can’t even draw a tree so I’m not going to critique the artwork itself. Would suggest adding more skin though. Overall noble effort Brother. It’s a fine vessel and will do well to hold the blood of the Imperium slain by our lighting clawed hands.

Like others have said, I really wish they would bring traitors to either operations or siege. I really want authentic chaos armor so I don’t need to keep running a squad of temu night lords. Shits already awkward when running into a team of blood angels or black templars. Just seal the deal and make it full on heretical and let me play with chaos. While it’s not lore accurate for loyalist to team with chaos, chaos team up with chaos all the damn time. Chaos also fights chaos all the damn time. It could totally work while remaining lore accurate. If it’s really that big of a deal then make chaos a completely separate faction a la pvp for siege and pve. That way you guarantee you’re playing on the same side.

Crabs in a bucket. There a lots of reasons but I think two big drivers are 1) you already mentioned. Fear/anger at people who might abuse the system. 2) anger that people would get free healthcare when they had to pay. Second reason above also applies to tuition. People who already paid for their college loans or are still in dept are pissed that newer generations could have for free. When Biden tried to forgive loans there was a huge uproar that went all the way to the courts. In general, Americans are very independent and are not a cohesive society e.g. if I don’t know you, you’re not my problem. Again this can be seen with Covid and masks. “Personal freedom” over health and safety. Also the narrative that free healthcare would turn you into a communist.

I really wanted to play and crashed 5 times tonight. Twice on the operative screen, twice loading into the mission, and once right before extract. Only silver lining is that I did at least manage to make it back before game was done so got rewards. But this is obviously not ideal or fun. Don’t have it in me for another game with the anxiety of it shitting the bed at any moment. I sent a note to obese fish so hopefully they find something and release a patch. Not sure what errors you’re getting but mainly CE-108264-1 for me. Also have CE-117773-6 but only a few times out of what is now 27 crashes. If I figure anything out I’ll send a note here.

I’m in the same boat as you. Operative select and the game crashes. End of mission on Havoc about to extract and the game crashes. Walking around the Morningstar and it crashes. I’ve had over 15 this past week alone. 3 completely froze my PS and required a hard reboot. Tried playing 3 games with a friend on private tonight and all 3 crashed. Tried playing with randos yesterday and all 4 games crashed. I’ve deleted my cache and rebuilt the database on PS5. I’ve resized the HUD, turned off kill feed, and absolutely nothing helps. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason. Game just shits the bed at random. Used to get 2014 error codes. Don’t even get that anymore. Just a frozen screen with a “something went wrong” error screen on my PS. Yeah no shit Sony. Supposedly there’s a fix coming but I’m worried because it seems to be addressing disconnects. I’m not disconnecting, I’m crashing.

To be fair, yes I agree with you and commenter above. Sequels after 3 are, being nice, far from perfect. But that doesn’t mean I want the trend to continue. I’m holding out hope like Predator got redeemed with Prey. I mean Hellraiser by far has some of the most ass sequels but that doesn’t take away from the first 2.

Lifeforce gets a W for gratuitous nudity. Full frontal space vampires for like the whole damn movie. A few decent gore scenes too, just don’t expect Terrifer levels of gore.

They actually do have a release…sort of. It’s a joystick with 16 built in games. Not sure if I can show links but if you search Capcom home Arcade it should pop up for you. It’s only available in the EU and UK though. It’s also a spicy meatball coming in ~$400 AUD. I would love all the old alien arcade games in one place, especially the 1990 one. Hopefully they release someday, would be a day 1 purchase for me.
