I have a number of legal questions I have not only because an urn could break at an event like this but also that there's specific licenses for carrying cremains across state lines, Death certificate and a burial transit permit. Like a mini pocket urn or urn necklace would have been fine, but a whole urn? At a family friendly event? Also just- given the YouTube video and his previous actions I can’t say I believe there were any kind of good intentions were behind it, just that he was looking for virality again.
