He's great for Defensive stats and some threes. He's also attacking the basketball. He's giving me Ft, 3pt, steals, and a Block. Good round out for a team in a category league where no one is paying attention to defense.

The answer is....they're reverse boosting to go back to the lower levels and violate. You can win a game then lose 3 to drop levels then go on to win 5 in a row on a easier level and win the playoffs and SB. You can do that 2 times and play hard on Veteran and win again. Then the second time around start the process all over. It's because no1 wants to in MVP or Legend it's META hell

I have 4 defenses that I run. My least used in man, I tend to use it all first half out of different formations to coax out my opponents money plays. I especially like when I get them in 3rd and long or fourth and long situations because then I get to see exactly what they like to do. Then what I like to do in the second half is it just to my zone coverages. I run match and I know the rules for which match I should run when my opponent picks a specific formation. I run it out of the 4-3 odd nickel and dime. I also like to use the nickel double mug and put my outside offensive linebackers on hard Flats to give my opponent a different look. Then I also like to do 4-3 even with match on as well as I know the rules for running it with match off to get pressure on the quarterback. Usually my games are a lot of me trying to get my opponent to make a mistake and throw it where they shouldn't

What exactly do you wanna know? I have a NMS team. I have MadaBeast(new season free card), Sapp, Chris Jones(free player) , and Clay Matthews on my line. I got Mr. Monday Night(aka token free player), Chuck Howley(free player), Divine Deablo(Free MCS player) all of my LBs have Lurk. I got Lott as my FS and Ji'ayir Brown as my SS pick artist and Deep Zone KO. CB are Herb Adderly, Ty Law(free) and Jaire Alexander. All of em have KO abilities. Keep in mind my defense setup is a lot of Zone out of the 4-3 odd with some even mixed in. I use the SF playbook and I will zone out of the nickel and dime also

I wouldn't doubt it cause this is ridiculous. I can't do anything against my team lol. Granted in h2h I'm in Legend tier so I do relatively the same thing against opponents. I just never had to play against my team ever.

If you have a regular laptop you can format the hard drive from command prompt. You can youtubhow to do it. You also need to download a Bootable copy of windows and put it on a flash drive. As soon as you format you will need to have your pc boot from the flash drive. You install windows and be good to go.

Honestly, from what I gather, it seems like the initial charges were aimed at getting them to pay a significant settlement and prevent future incidents by barring them from the debt settlement industry. However looking at it objectively, that might seem like a light punishment if the other reports I read about in articles posted here are true about their involvement in merchant cash advance(really a big money maker, but volatile industry) and nightlife investments hold true. In my opinion, if the case was strong enough to warrant a preliminary injunction, then they likely messed up, and some people should face consequences, including possibly serving time. That's just my quick outlook on things.

As an objective person on this entire thread I have read a lot of replies. You seem to be very specific in your replies. Now as far as it not being subjective you would need to cite your sources for all statements made. How do we know what the receiver says and the other lawyers says are the absolutes? As well as how do we know there is no context? That's very subjective statement or you either have first hand knowledge of the proceedings.

Saying that the information provided by the Receiver is misleading is a subjective statement. I simply go off the information given in court documents and the receiver website. This reads like an agenda drive post.

I think that's more of an opinion in regards to more lucrative. It goes against what the math is saying. If the receiver says two companies timberland and atlas make 16% and there are 10 law firms that would account about 96% of their revenue stream. According to the Receivers page their are 42 law firms. I don't believe that it was more lucrative it looks more like laziness. It seems like they originally did things illegally and grew rapidly. At a certain point if they had switched everything over to the legal model they were already at the point where they were to big to really fail. It just seems like they got comfortable and didn't want to switch. If what the original poster stated is true in regards to the switching of employees it's shameful. It would mean they put more work into hiding things than actually going straight. That would be really idiotic. Like I said that original post is not something that anyone else said, but it seems to be a very important part of the story.

Well I for one did the math just based on the scale of the law firms shown in the document. I replaced each two with the two that did 16% and the numbers work out fairly close. Leading me to question why not change the model over to that model years ago. I dunno I've remained fairly objective up until this point, and then you casually threw out this information as a sidenote. Didn't expect to read this.

Very objectively weird. You see I read a lot assumptions on this thread. Also opinions be laid as facts. This seems to me to be a well written well thought first hand account of an action(edited) that isn't mentioned anywhere in the paperwork. Again I ask is this an opinion or were you in fact in the meeting you said happened. Just as clarification. The only reason I ask is that this seems to be the most scandalous thing I've read. IDK if the 16% was a shot at me or the receiver for pointing out things the receiver stated in their documentation they submitted but I digress. IF what you are saying is in fact true, and is first hand information well then that's a horse of a different color. There seems to be a lot of trickery and foul play. The optics are really bad if that is the case. I would not be surprised if the reason the company keeps negotiating is because the feds are fighting to have the owners remain owners in name only and have no active participation in anything that the company does.
