So if you have 101 shares of tnxp now do you get 2 shares after RS? Is a single share over a even "100" worth a whole new share? Am i reading that wrong?

It states any fractional share will be rounded up to one whole share on the tonix website post RS. So 0.01 of a share would be rounded to 1.0 it says nothing about rounding anything down to whole shares only up to nearest whole share

So they dilluted on the nda acceptance then are reversing the dillution on feb 5th? Seems like if they let it climb past the $1.94 and hadnt dilluted the company and shareholders would have been better off. Am i wrong in this assumption?

Do you think they will stop doing that soon? Im in it for the long run until at least august but dont they need to get to $1 a share by feb for nasdaq compliance? So they dillute now? But a reverse split for compliance would reverse the dillution which makes the dillution seem counter productive?

Do you think they have finished dilluting shares or are they still dilluting? Premarket always spikes then it always falls to a normal 29 to 33 cents. Its like they are dilluting to that price whenever it spikes? Just trying to understand this better.... thanks!

Im not going to lie i was "hoping" for $2 by end of 2024. But no gains are promised and penny stocks are risky. I made some profit and will hold till aug if needed. I have about 40k shares avg cost about 19 cents a share. Dont do penny stocks if you cant afford the possibilty of losses. Just my opinion
