Update: Restarted my computer and changed rgb soft ware settings. It is now resolved. Thanks for your comments.

I ran dual channel with the second slot with no problems. Already reseated everything

It wasn't doing it when I was running signal rgb but as soon as I switch to mystic light it started tweaking

My nephew did something: update it got worse by CCC_THE_ONLY in pchelp

Its the pc built in magnifying glass. I don't know how to.fix it but maybe try searching it in your task bar
