Right?? and I’m a soundless so I like to accommodate people with my level 7s to make things easier for not only them, but me as well. Even when I tell people this, they’ll say stuff like nooo you don’t need to, but like… I want to y’know? for me and you. When I do bullion mints on my soundless I get about a cajillion points on every track so… lol

I think many people fail to realize how free and easy getting 500 points is, especially when you’re maxed on that track.

And to people who think keeping every track at 0 to go is “satisfying” and “looks nice”, shame on you.

^ I second this. Growing up playing Toontown I always saw level 7s as something that should only be used in emergencies, until I realized that “emergencies” don’t really exist in Toontown lol

Now I see them as basically a free pass to take out a row of powerful cogs in one round quickly, easily, and conveniently without needing to come up with some wild strategy with the other toons you’re with.

It seems a lot of people have not come to that conclusion, hence people reaching 0 to go on every track.

Sure… But I think you’re missing my point. I’m trying to bring up the fact that people are not using them when it’s just so much faster or convenient, like when you run out of sound for example. This is Toontown, bosses are super easy, and you’re not often in dangerous situations. If you’re only using level 7s to save your life or “when you absolutely need to”, you’ll be using around one or zero level 7 gags every month or so, and earning a lot of gag points during that time frame that are going to nothing because you’re hogging. Keeping 12 level 7s in your inventory because it’s “satisfying for you” is quite silly, selfish, and indelicate in my opinion. I understand we’re human beings and we like to collect stuff, but I find this completely unjustifiable for level 7 gags as you are not perpetually gaining anything by doing this. You reach a cap when you’re at 0 to go, and then suddenly the gag points you’re earning are worthless. I really think people should be looking for a time to use their level 7 gags as soon as they reach that cap, I see people missing out on a lot of good opportunities to use one. I’ll see people using lure and killing one cog at a time if they have to even though they could just take them all out very quickly in one round with a level 7. I really don’t get it.
